MuniPro® for Small Public Entities
MuniPro® is a broad professional and employment practices liability insurance policy aimed to protect elected and appointed public officials from acts of negligence in the course of executing their duties as members of a public entity. Eligible classes include board members, administrators, or directors of a public entity, such as a local government (e.g., city or township) or specialized district, (e.g., an airport authority or sanitation district).

- Duty to defend claims and suit, at no cost to insureds, regardless if they are deemed groundless or fraudulent
- Employment practices liability coverage for claims alleging wrongful termination, failure to promote, discrimination, and sexual harassment
