We have developed a multi-line, guaranteed cost, admitted product that can include property, crime, inland marine, primary and excess liability and automobile coverages aimed at middle market accounts. Our product focus includes: Office buildings, Suburban office parks, Open air shopping centers – Lessors Risk, Limited Habitation exposure ( up to 25%).
This is a flexible ISO based package with the availability of the Property One form for custom property coverages, examples:
• Property Limits up to $25m per location (higher limits available upon request)
• Crime Coverage - $50,000 (form A)
• Guaranteed Cost GL $1m limits/$2m aggregate
• Auto Coverage - $1m CSL
• Umbrella Limits - $10m
• Workers Compensation Coverage (some state exceptions)
• Environmental Coverages (available upon request, monoline at this stage)
• Valuable Papers and Records coverage up to $100,000
• Off Premises Utility Failure
• Newly Acquired Premises - $500,000
• Limited coverage for Fungus, Wet, Dry Rot and Bacteria - $15,000
