  • Eligible non-profit entities include: K-12 Public or Private Schools; K-12 Vocational and Technical Schools; Charter Schools; Junior Colleges, Community Colleges and Four-Year Colleges with less than 5,000 students
  • A broad definition of "insured"
  • Broad employment practices coverage that extends to thirteen employment practices violations, including libel, slander, emotional distress and non-employment harassment and discrimination claims alleged by third parties
  • Sexual harassment coverage--including student-on-student and teacher-on-student
  • Full Prior Acts coverage
  • Payment of defense costs in addition to the limit of liability
  • Optional coverage enhancements include: salary coverage for employment practices violations claims--including front-and back-pay; Network Security and Privacy Liability coverage for legal liability arising from a failure of computer security, which may include the unauthorized release of confidential student information-offered by endorsement; EPL Pak Premier®
  • Ineligible entities include: for-profit schools, junior, community or other colleges in excess of 5,000 students, 100% pre-kindergarten, day care centers, or day camps
