Each has unique features and benefits and is tailored toward a particular type of renter and the insurance needs they face. Our standard product provides broader coverage for the customer's personal property and the ability to add many optional coverages including scheduling valuable property, special coverages, water back-up, varying deductibles and coverage limits from $36,000 to $100,000. Renters insurance policies are designed to protect your prized possessions, protect you against any personal liability, and provide assistance should your rented home or apartment become damaged or unlivable.

Homesite Renters Express Program Back To Top

The Homesite Renters Express® (Renters Express) product was developed to streamline the application process for basic renters insurance. Renters Express is different from our standard renters insurance product in that it is designed particularly for those customers that reside in larger apartment complexes and have basic coverage needs. Renters Express is available to applicants who live in apartment complexes with greater than four units, require coverage for their personal property of $35,000 or less, and do not require any special endorsements or coverages. The Renters Express is a more basic policy for customers who neither need nor desire additional coverages. This program will work in tandem with our standard renters' product to provide greater coverage and premium options to customers. Homesite plans to introduce the Renters Express product through-out the country where we are writing business. If the Program is available in your state, during the initial quoting process you will be asked a series of questions that will determine which product is available based on your insurance coverage needs.
