AIG has provided an Injury Reporting Guide for employees and employers to assist with the steps necessary to receive timely and medically appropriate care.  Please review the following guide which may be posted at the worksite.

You may access current state forms, posters, required Notices and other documentation here by selecting your claim handling organization, UW company name and then selecting the State.
